Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Fees: A 20% recycling fee (calculated from the full retail price) applies to all returns. Shipping and rush fees are non-refundable.

Condition: Items must be returned in good condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges: Our return policy applies only to the first ring received. Once a ring has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for further returns or exchanges.

Our Guarantee: If we make a mistake on your order, we will fix or remake the ring to your original specifications for free. Please note that an error does not qualify for a full refund, but rather a guaranteed correction of the product.
How to start a return: Contact us through our Contact Page or email support@theopalforge.com for instructions. We retain the right to refuse returns if we suspect policy abuse.
